  • Celebrating by saying it BIG is easy with Sign Gypsies North Wake.

  • Look through our greeting offerings and decide what kind of greeting best fits your celebration.

  • Click the Book Now page.

  • Complete the booking request form.

  • We will email you to answer questions or confirm your order and send you an invoice to pay securely online.

  • We will text you to let you know we're on the way to your install and send you a photo of the greeting before we leave the property to be sure everything is correct.

  • We return approximately 24 hours later to remove the sign. 

Terms and Conditions

AUTHORIZATION

  • By submitting payment to Sign Gypsies North Wake LLC (SGNW), you are authorizing that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions below and any subsequent changes to them as posted on our website.

  • Purchaser authorizes that SGNW and it's agents have permission to be on the property receiving the greeting.

  • Purchaser is responsible for the sign while placed in the requested location, regardless of whether they own or lease property at that address.

  • SGNW will photograph your yard greeting rental for use on our business website, Instagram and Facebook pages, and in other marketing materials and may publically congratulate the recipient unless you otherwise inform us not to do so.

  • SGNW will place a small sign in your yard with our contact information on it. This sign is unobtrusive to your custom greeting, please do not move it.  

INSTALLATION and REMOVAL​

Yard Preparation

  • Please water the yard in the days leading up to your delivery. A 6" screwdriver should be able to easily penetrate the ground.

  • Please remove pet waste from the yard prior to installation. 

  • If SGNW is unable to install a greeting due to lawn conditions, Purchaser refund will be limited to 50% of your package price.

Installation Process

  • Purchaser does not need to be present during the installation or removal of the greeting. SGNW will install your greeting quickly and quietly in what they determine is the best location for the aesthetic and installation purposes. 

  • SGNW will text you when they are on the way to Purchaser's installation.

  • Please close all drapes/blinds during the delivery window and leave an outside light on for us so we can easily confirm the address and install the greeting unnoticed. 

  • SGNW will email Purchaser a photo when installation is complete. Please reply immediately if there are any issues with the greeting. Once SGNW personnel move on to the next installation, a return charge will be incurred if changes are requested. 

Gift Installation

  • If the greeting is a surprise for an address other than the Purchaser's, SGNW requires that Purchaser notify someone at the location that SGNW will be on the property during the scheduled window for installation and removal. This is for SGNW's personnel safety, and also keeps the greeting a surprise for the recipient.

  • By submitting payment, Purchaser authorizes that SGNW has permission to be on the property. We encourage Purchaser to forward our terms and conditions to the property owner if the yard greeting is being installed at a location Purchaser does not own. 

  • If requested, SGNW will leave a note on the doorknob for the recipient with the sender's name to let them know whom the greeting is from. 

Other​

  • Please DO NOT remove SGNW signs from the lawn for ANY reason. If they need to be taken down before your scheduled removal time, contact SGNW. SGNW will remove it as soon as possible. 

  • Greeting may be modified due to yard size and/or condition. If purchaser is unsure if the location will accommodate the size greeting ordered, please email SGNW a photo ahead of time so we can ensure you have selected the appropriate package. â€‹

  • SGNW cannot put greetings in pea gravel, concrete, mulch, flower beds, thick landscaping, hard packed soil, such as that as a driveway. SGNW installs signs on lawns. Lawn is defined as unobstructed soil with grass on top. 

  • Residential installations are only done in front yards.

  • SGNW will return to remove the yard greeting approximately 24 hours after installation unless additional rental days have been purchased up front.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

  • Preparation is required before the installation is done. Payment is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to installation of the yard greeting. In the event of non-payment, a notification cancelling the greeting will be sent to you from Square via email. 

  • SGNW reserves the right to cancel an order if, at their sole discretion, a concern arises regarding the safety of SGNW employees or signs. SGNW will contact you if this situation arises to decide on an alternative arrangement/solution.

  • SGNW will not be able to set up or take down the display under severe weather conditions including, but not limited to, snow, ice, heavy rain, hail, lightening, and strong wind. SGNW will  work with Purchaser to make mutually agreeable alternative scheduling arrangements. If SGNW is unable to set up a greeting or reschedule it because of severe weather, Purchaser will receive a full refund. SGNW reserves the right to pull a greeting early if hazardous weather conditions arise. 

  • If Purchaser chooses to cancel a yard greeting it must be by 10am 48 hours BEFORE the scheduled delivery in order to receive a refund. A refund will not be issued without this notice.

  • Rescheduling a greeting for any reason is subject to availability. If rescheduling is unavailable, a refund will only be given if the rescheduling request was initiated by 10am 48 hours before the installation was originally scheduled. 

PERSONAL INJURIES and DAMAGES

  • SGNW encourages you to pose next to the greeting for photographs. For the safety of everyone, please do not touch, lean on or play near the display. The signs will support any weight or pressure. SGNW and it's affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or property during the setup, duration or removal of any rental. 

  • All signs are the property of SGNW. Purchaser will be held responsible for all damages. Damage to the signs will be assessed and billed at SGNW replacement cost. 

    • DO NOT attach anything (balloons, string, decorations, etc.) to any part of the display.

    • DO NOT move the signs for any reason. 

    • DO NOT mow, edge around, or take down the greeting for lawn maintenance purposes. If a lawn service is scheduled during the duration of the display it is the Purchaser's responsibility to inform their service provider of our terms, or schedule the lawn service after the greeting is removed. 

    • Keep pets away from the signs.
